But two things changed my current experience into a very rewarding one. The first was the fact that Bob Davidson is a TRUECar dealer, the second was the quality people I met there. With TRUECar I knew exactly what I wanted, did not want and more importantly exactly what it would cost. The dealer discounts were generous, and the first person I dealt with worked to get several additional rebates (i.e. military veteran). I started my discussions with Natt Fiumara and Ashley Anderson both who were very responsive to my e-mail questions. Only after the third or fourth e-mail did I learn Natt was on vacation but taking time to answer me. This immediately solidified my decision to visit Bob Davidson's first. It took little more than an hour of discussion and a test drive to realize what I thought I wanted was exactly what I wanted and they had a vehicle in their inventory that was arriving soon. So with little more than an hour of time invested I walked out with a purchase agreement. I just picked up the vehicle this morning. I spent about ten minutes with Kate Burrows taking care of the paperwork (she was very efficient) and another hour and a half with Sam Robertson going over the numerous features of the vehicle. Most of this time was setting up the SYNC system, voice activated navigation system, satellite radio and cell phone. With his in depth knowledge and very understandable instruction I was functionally literate enough to find my way home making hands free phone calls and listening to some great radio. It was a pleasure to deal with professionals who are knowledgeable, personable and efficient. More

The entire visit I felt like I was talking to a friend about a car I wanted to buy rather than a sales person. My salesman, Amani, was prompt, kind, laid back and straight forward. I was so nervous going in after hearing so many car-buying horror stories, but Amani was amazing! I never in my wildest dreams would have thought buying a new car would be so easy. I went back and forth at least a dozen times on financing options and trade values but they worked with me and never made me feel pressured or rushed in any regard. I felt free to make my own decisions and they were fair in negotiations. There was a little bit of a wait to get into the signing, and they offered to buy us lunch while we waited! Now THAT is Wow-Factor Customer Service! I hope to have my Fiesta for many, many years, but I will definitely be coming back to (and referring friends to) Bob Davidson. They made me a Ford Girl for life! THANK YOU! More

I consider myself a high needs consumer and the staff (especially Andre and Nat) were not only friendly and accommodating, they were understanding and supportive with all of my needs and requests :) I felt like we were on the same team, working towards the same goal- which was finding me the right car! Love Bob Davidson! Yesterday I came in to test drive a car, per visiting the car show in D.C. last month. I didn't have intensions to purchase a new car as my Ford Fe Yesterday I came in to test drive a car, per visiting the car show in D.C. last month. I didn't have intensions to purchase a new car as my Ford Feista was only 2 yrs old. However after the test drive I fell in love with the car. I didn't think after only 2 yrs I would be able to trade it in for a new car but Andre was so nice and helpful and we got a deal for a Ford Focus!! I love my new Ford.....whenever someone tells me they want a new car I will be recommending Andre and Bob Davidson to them. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Recently, I traveled over 500 miles from Portland, Maine to Baltimore, Maryland to purchase a new F350 Sup Bob Davidson Ford is an awesome dealership. Recently, I traveled over 500 miles from Portland, Maine to Baltimore, Maryland to purchase a new F350 Super Duty Truck. I had been searching the internet for both used and new vehicles. Bob Davidson Ford had four vehicles in their inventory with the features I was looking for; I couldn’t find one dealer here in Maine with the features. The Bob Davidson Ford Internet Sales Team was always very responsive, never pushy and provided me extra information whenever requested. My first planned flight was canceled due to weather. A week later I was able to fly into Baltimore and arrived early at Dealership where I was warmly welcomed by everyone I encountered. The three vehicles that I had expressed an interest in were all prepped and ready for a test drive upon my arrival. My sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he took his time to test drive three different trucks and worked with me to negotiate a very fair deal. Once my purchase was completed the staff took the time to orientate me to all the features of my new Ford Truck. My trip was more than worth the one-way flight and ride home in my new Ford Truck. My experience at Bob Davidson Ford was low-key, no pressure sales, sincerely warm welcoming folks and I plan on making the trip again for my next vehicle purchase. General Sales Manager Natt Fiumara and salesperson Andre Harrison went far out of their way during peak hours (weekend and end of month) to ensure that I had all the information available to me about my options. They provided objective advice and recommendations based on my needs and budgetary requirements. Natt took the time to go through a variety of financing options that were suitable for my budget and offered a solution with which I was very comfortable. When it came to accommodating different options on the vehicle itself, he went above and beyond to acquire exactly the vehicle I wanted from another out of state dealership while keeping value in mind. Used car manager Blake Schindler helped maximize my trade-in value to further reduce my monthly payments. Andre was readily available throughout the entire process to answer any questions that I had about the vehicle and prepared me for the trade-in and closing process. This was exactly the low-pressure professionalism that I was seeking in the car buying process. I bought a Taurus from BDF about 15 years ago, and I and my family have been buying Fords from BDF ever since. The sales staff is terrific. There is no need to go through the "new car buying dance" as they give a fair price with little negotiation. The folks at all levels of the company are extremely helpful and courteous, and make the car buying experience as stress-free as possible. And, once you have bought the car, the staff remains extremely helpful and responsive. As cars have more and more high-tech accessories, it is important to have a go-to person to answer questions that may come up about the operation of the car. Joe is their tech guy and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The service department is also fantastic - it is clear that they care about their clients, and whether you are there for an oil change or a serious repair, they are friendly, explain what will be done, charge a fair price, do a great job, and stand behind the work done. While you never want to have to use a body shop, since the only time you need one is when you've damaged your car, BDF is a great place to go for body work. Just like the service department, the body shop does a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful and does terrific work. As can be seen, my family and I are big fans of the dealership, from the sales department to the service department to the body shop. We highly recommend them! More
