What a difference a day makes I came into Bob Davidson to buy a Ford Escape a couple of days ago. I was really impressed by the condition of their vehicles. I test drove a 2010 For I came into Bob Davidson to buy a Ford Escape a couple of days ago. I was really impressed by the condition of their vehicles. I test drove a 2010 Ford Escape. The car was certified, came with a very generous warranty. But somthing small happened. During a sale, a salesman was fired. I was turned off by Bob Davidsons dealership at that moment. I called the owner and explained that we were ready to purchase the car. He was on vacation. But we got a call from the GM the next morning. He had a change of heart. He invited us back. What a difference a day makes. We came in, and the entire team treated us with respect and kindness. They really turned it around. I recommend their dealership because they showed that their team has real commitment. The way they treated us the second time, it was worth coming back. Their cars are excellent. Bruce Schindler I’ve purchased several vehicles from Bob Davidson Ford since the 1990’s and continue to use them as my primary servicing dealership. Bruce Schindler is the one who makes it happen & Tom Reynolds is the guy who can keep you riding safe for the next 200,000 miles or more. My recent repair was seamlessly handled by Dave Lancaster (Service Advisor Extraordinaire) who expedited the replacement of my (1998 Ford Ranger) radiator, and got me back on the road the within 24 hours. The Service was Excellent, the Communication was Exceptional, and the Price was Affordable. Everyone I encountered there was polite, courteous and very helpful. This Ford Dealership was AWESOME! We were looking for a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium in Ruby Red. We called our local Ford Dealers and they either couldn't find one or their price was mor We were looking for a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium in Ruby Red. We called our local Ford Dealers and they either couldn't find one or their price was more than what we wanted to pay. In searching the internet we found the exact car we wanted, but it was in Baltimore, Md. 250 miles away. I told my husband that no way was I going that far in all the traffic. But......the deal that Bob Compton offered us we couldn't refuse! We drove our 2005 Ford Escape there and if said he didn't give us what we were asking for it we were driving both home. Well, he gave us what we were asking! We have bought a lot of cars in the past, and when I say a lot I am not exaggerating. We have never been to a dealership where we were completely satisfied with the service we received. Everyone there was polite, friendly and courteous not only to us but to each other. If I decide to buy another vehicle in the future, back to Maryland I will go!! More
