LLOYD & LES (SALES MGR) DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP ME OUT AND GET ME IN TO A CAR THAT WOULD FIT MY NEEDS AND BUDGET! LLOYD WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AS I WENT BACK AND FORTH TRYING TO DETIRMINE WHAT I WANTED TO DO. WHEN I WAS FINALLY READY TO BUY THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ALL THE FINANCING & PAPERWORK TAKEN CARE OF VERY QUICKLY! THIS IS THE 3RD CAR I'VE BOUGHT FROM BOB DAVIDSON AND I WILL ABSOULTLY GO BACK AND BUY FROM LLOYD AGAIN!!! More
I ended up buying from Bob Davidson Ford because I was dissatisfied with other dealers I had visited or contacted. The first dealer lacked integrity and professionalism. The second dealer contimued to try and sell me a different type vehicle than I had told him I was interested in (wanted to sell me a supercrew nut I told him I was only looking for a supercab F150). The 3rd dealer sent me info on the type of truck I wanted, but did not have it in inventory. The sales agent, Lloyd Kellogg, was professional and not pushy. He sincerely seemed interested in providing good customer service from start to finish and then after the sale. The Sales Manager, John, was also committed to ensuring that I was taken care of and advised me that if I was not satisfied with anything to let him know. I would recommend this dealer to others. I have leased on car so far and plan to buy another this summer. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Only two routine service visits so far. Both went well but were regular, scheduled services. Th summer. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Only two routine service visits so far. Both went well but were regular, scheduled services. The selection on hand was very good. Also, they seem to have the newest models sooner than other dealerships in the area. (If that is important to you) Andy Schweigman is no longer in sales but is still with the dealership. More

I just bought a Chrysler Sebring 2000 on Jan.06, 2011 from Andrew (internet sales) and John Berkeridge (sales manager). I drove the car home 500 miles and waited for the title to be sent over night so th from Andrew (internet sales) and John Berkeridge (sales manager). I drove the car home 500 miles and waited for the title to be sent over night so they said. I also noticed a leak underneath the car. I then called and asked about the title and explained that I had a leak. At first I got a runaround from Andrew and he then passed me off to his boss John Berkeridge. John told me that even a new car blowup after driven off his lot at Bob Davidson Ford and that he has seen it happen. His answer to my leak problem was that I bought the car as is and he was going to do nothing about it. Well needless to say the car has cost me $561.00 to fix that Bob Davidson ford said was in excellent shape and a nice ride. If anyone is thinking about buying a car from this dealership beware! Call me first 518-925-9393 I will fax you a copy of the description of the car that they posted and the repair bill only 10 days later. Bob Davidson Ford in Baltimore, Maryland doesn’t care about their customers and I would avoid them at all cost. More
Purchase 2 vehicles from dealer - find that the service department doesn't fix anything - only replaces things - last trip cost $5,000 in repairs - will never buy a vehicle from them nor have mine serviced department doesn't fix anything - only replaces things - last trip cost $5,000 in repairs - will never buy a vehicle from them nor have mine serviced by them. It is 2 weeks out of warranty. I also had to take vehicle back twice - but actually 3 times because they misdiagnosed items and missed items - each time claiming it would cost more. The bill started at $3,000 and went to $4,000 and now $5,000. Once they get the vehicle in the service department they keep at you telling you it won't run without these replacement based on the computer. I don't trust them and since they are paid on incentive for more work - they are clearing steering the customer wrong. Be careful and unless you have warranty work - take it to a private shop More

What a Sham!!! My F150 which I purchased at Plaza What a Sham!!! My F150 which I purchased at Plaza Ford was in need of an oil change so I went to Bob Davidson's Ford. My truck is a 2007 and on What a Sham!!! My F150 which I purchased at Plaza Ford was in need of an oil change so I went to Bob Davidson's Ford. My truck is a 2007 and only has 25000 miles on it. After the oil change the lackey at the front desk advised me that I needed new tires on the vehicle and should have it done before the winter. I was "in luck" however because they were having a sale on tires. The mouth piece of the store stated that they had the lowest prices around and even had a guarantee that their prices couldn't be beat. They didn't have the tires I needed in stock but said I could come back on Saturday to get them installed. I checked around and found the same tires on sale at SEARS for twenty dollars less per tire and printed off the coupon that clearly showed this. On Saturday I returned to the shop and showed them the coupon and price that SEARS had on the same tire. The same liar at the quick lane began to stammer and stated that he would look into the guarantee. About twenty minutes later they called me back to the desk and stated that "their shipment of tires didn't arrive" as there was a mix-up in the shipment. What a surprise, not. As soon as they have to back their guarantee the tires suddenly disappeared. Wow. Mr. Tire is right around the corner so I thought I might just get the tires taken care of as I do have two small children and didn't want any issues. They said they had my tires in stock and were also having a special that when you buy 3 tires you get the fourth one free. The mechanic came out to look at my tires and see which brand I wanted. I was shocked when he stated "You really don't need new tires, I wouldn't change these if I were you." He even gave me a tire gauge and told me to come back when they were at the right level. How refreshing to deal with an honest person. Bob Davidson should really be ashamed of themselves. Anybody who is advised that they need any expensive work done here should definitely get a second opinion as the first one is surely a lie given to pad their pockets. To the Mr. Tire on Joppa Rd. I applaud you for your honesty and will be giving you a return visit in the future. More
Until May of 2010 I was very satisfied with the service at Quick Lane & repair shop. My difficulties started when I dropped off my car for 60,000 mile sched service and the service tech road testing the c at Quick Lane & repair shop. My difficulties started when I dropped off my car for 60,000 mile sched service and the service tech road testing the car plowed into another car at a nearby intersection. Never could get all the details of the incident from anyone. I was quickly given a loaner by the Quick lane mgr, which was great and contacted by the dealers insurance co the following week. The body shop was given the go ahead to proceed with repairs. After a month went by I assumed, since nobody had called, that they were probably almost done. On the fifth week I recd a call from the insurance co saying that there was additional damage found and the car would be totalled. Accidents do happen and no one was ever rude to me there, what dissapoints me most is that of all the people who work there and may have known about this not one bothered to call me up later or send a letter of apology for the incident. Any small attempt at what most of us call common courtesy would have been appreciated. In addition to this I left two messages for the body shop mgr which were never returned and also spoke to the used car sales mgr who said he would work up a good price on a comparable car and get back to me. Need I tell you I never heard from either of them. By the way, the other drivers car who was hit was also totalled, I wonder how he made out? More
