Mr. Gene Walsh was exceptionally helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He is by far the most pleasant car salesman I came in contact with durring my car "searching" experience (for this car and my cars of knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all but as soon as I asked for help or information he was very quick to assist me. I am a very indecisive person by nature and he did not rush me at all. I narrowed it down to two mustangs and he went and got the keys to both of them, started them up and let me sit in them both. Me and my father went to another dealership after we went to Bob Davidson's just so I could walk around clear my head and think about the decision I was about to make, needless to say a salesman got ahold of us at this dealership and we did not make it back to Bob Davidsons until about 45 mins before they closed. I was sure I wanted the Mustang there and Gene saw us pull up. Gene stepped outside and I told him that I wished to purchase the Mustang I had looked at earlier. Me and my father were expecting to be told to come back the following day because of all the work that goes into prepping a car to be sold and all the paperwork involved but Gene (knowing that we lived in Hagerstown) told us that the car would ready to go that day! Sure enough he worked very hard and got us out of there without sparing a single thing. The car was dirty in the lot (just got off the trailor) and it was completely washed and waxed and looked like someone had spent 2-3 hours on it. Gene also made completely sure I knew how to operate everything in the car and that my cell phone was hooked up. He stayed about ten minutes past when he got off showing me how to do all this. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and I would recommend it to ANYONE! More
