I had been to a few dealers looking for a new car. When I would ask questiosn - they would not look at me to answer the questions - they would look at my husband or father. Since I'm the one buying the car - would ask questiosn - they would not look at me to answer the questions - they would look at my husband or father. Since I'm the one buying the car - and i'm the one with questions - i expect that i'm the one that they look at to answer. Gene never treated me that way - when i asked questions that he didn't know answer to - he would stop and try to find the answer before we moved onto next question. Other dealers gave me the blow off like it wasn't an important question. The vehicle i wanted wasn't in stock anywhere in Maryland - Gene researched and found one in Ohio. He ordered it for me and had the car to me within 3 days. I had an issue with the cargo line/tray - he worked with me to try to get it resolved. All the time being friendly and courteous. He made the whole experience less stressful! More
