I had to get my waterproof carpet lining fixed under my warrantee, and had to return 3 times just to get it finished. Employees were friendly, but the work was shotty. Because the manufacturer's carpet lining failed, I had water leaking onto my carpets and mold growing. When I tried to first make an appointment, the receptionist told me to just show up and it would be fine. But when I showed up, I was turned away because I had no appointment. When I returned the second time, I requested that they shampoo the carpets, since this was damage that resulted because of the failed carpet lining. When I came to pick up my car, they did not shampoo the carpets but had fixed the lining. One week later I found spots coming through, so I made an appointment to refix the carpet lining and shampoo my carpet. Finally they got it right, but 3 trips is too much to make, especially during business hours and for a 40 min total drive. Awful experience, I will never go back. More

Attempting to find out how the selling price of a vehicle was constructed was like watching a street performer play the shell game. We asked to simply identify the base selling price of the vehicle before de was constructed was like watching a street performer play the shell game. We asked to simply identify the base selling price of the vehicle before dealer discounts and trade and then to clearly state how much of a discount was being offered by the dealership. They added $810 to the sticker price and then pretended that it was being given back as a discount. This was after they first lowballed the trade-in price, then increased their offer by $2,000 from $4500 to $6500. When asked for an "on the road price" they came back with a number that was very high but explained that that was "before the trade", then deducted the original trade offer of $4500 AFTER HAVING ALREADY AGREED TO $6500. This was an "old school" (bad) car buying experience, totally unlike anything I've come to expect with the last 15 car purchases I've made. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this dealership and based on my experience the problem starts with the general manager. More

Customer service skills need improvement. In my many years owning vehicles and having them serviced, this was my worst experience. I was not greeted with a friendly smile. I did not feel appreciated as a consumer...After leaving my F-150 at the dealership for service, I was called about 20 minutes later with a request to bring gas because the vehicle would not start. I thought this strange. I knew gas was not the problem but was unable to get gas immediately. When I did provide the gas, the vehicle still did not start...as I thought. During the entire service experience, I don't recall receiving a smile at any time(even after getting $3,000 worth of repairs) from the service writer or the cashier. "Horrible Experience" More
I was Happy to have Billy as the salesperson helping me with this purchase. He was very accomodating, and made me feel relaxed about the purchase. I am pleased to take a moment to compliment Mr.. Lancaster for the prompt repair of our Lincoln. We were towed into the dealership durin our trip north.
