I took my new Explorer in for service because of an issue with radio reception. I was pleasantly greeted by several employees, even before I got to Eric Eberhardt, one of the Service Advisors. Eric listened carefully while I described my problem with the radio. When I also mentioned that I thought I should be getting better gas mileage, he had one of the techs check that out too! Eric was genuinely interested in promptly correcting the issues and within a few hours, the problems were solved. When I picked up my vehicle, I told him that he had renewed my faith in humanity! Everything was done to make my experience as easy as possible. I will return to this dealership for service and will happily recommend it to others. More

Lloyd and all the others were great! I arrived at 4:00pm. The dealership closed at 6:00pm. I left at 8:00pm. Everyone was patient, friendly and accommodating.
