I worked with John Sprinkle on the purchase of my car. I was looking for a very specific Explorer - I wanted certain things but also had a tight budget to maintain. John looked for almost an entire month, emailing me periodically to let me know that he was looking for the perfect car for me and would not give up. Finally, he found it. He worked with finance and handled all of the "behind the scenes stuff". He knew how excited I was and when the Explorer arrived, he sent me pictures! John handled everything from searching, financing, to washing and delivering the car. I have had the Explorer for a month now and it is perfect! My experience with John and everyone I interacted with at Bob Davidson was flawless. I was so happy that I convinced my Mom to come and see John and she too purchased from him. Her experience with John was great as well. The whole car buying process is supposed to be aggravating and stressful and ours certainly was not. There was no haggling and no pressure.
