Mr Lancaster was extremely cooperative and accommodating in arranging the tow service and reprogramming and replacement of her keys to her Ford Escape in an extremely timely manner. The new vehicle deal was very satisfactory once the Ford factory incentives, 0% financing, and the top dollar trade-in for my E-350 passenger van (also purchased from Bob Davidson Ford as a used vehicle two years prior). Bob was able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping me entertained while going over the truck as well as offering a no-hassle test drive to my and my wife (on our own, unaccompanied by Bob on the drive). Keith was the sales manager on duty that day, and treated me with respect and honesty during the negotiation process. Only discovered one "issue" with the new truck, that the spare tire didn't match the 4 driving tires -- Bob and Keith introduced me to Tom Reynolds, the service manager, who took a look at the spare, ordered an exact replacement, and had it swapped the very next day while I waited. I couldn't ask for a better transaction. Bob followed up the purchase with a call a few days later, and a nice note in the mail the following week. I'm sure we'll be going back to Bob Davidson when the time comes to trade-in again. More
