Our first encou Recently purchased a 2017 Trax with Jarred K. He took the time to listen to my concerns and really strive to be a excellent sales guy. Our first encounter he wasn't pushy or trying to give the sales speech. Later on that day he called me regarding a trade in value for the vehicle I use to have. Surprisingly they gave me another $500. I liked that he took the incentive to go above customers expectations. I did have some minor hiccups with the auto body shop but, overall the end result was the icing on the cake that will make me recommend to friends and family. Thank you! More

I am done with you till your prices get in line with symdon Chevrolet. You want to charge $70 for an oil change they charge $35. You want 198 per axel for brakes, they want 310 including labor for both front and back. Do you see my point fix your prices and you will get customers back there More
Went went in to see about trading our 2011 Impala for a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500. They said they would give us $14,000 for the Impala, With the numbers we couldn't do that as the payment would be too hig 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500. Then on Oct 4th we received a letter from the sales manager John Westman, in the letter he said "I'm the sales manager at Fagan Automotive and I know you may some questions on the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 you looked at here. With that in mind, what is the one thing I could do to help you get into this or another vehicle? Please call me with the one thing and I will make it happen. So I called him and told him he can give us what we owe on the on our Impala and he said he can give us $14,500. Don't SEND A LETTER TELLING SOMEONE TO NAME ONE THING AND YOU WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN if you don't intend to stand behind those words don't make that offer!! That is bad business practice...it is a bait and switch in my opinion! VERY MISLEADING!!! WE WILL PURCHASE A NEW TRUCK WITH SEVERAL INCENTIVES AND WE WON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!! EVER!!!!! More
