I really enjoyed car shopping at Caldwell. My sales person, John Palmer, definitely made my experience first rate. He went above and beyond answering my questions and helping me find exactly what I was person, John Palmer, definitely made my experience first rate. He went above and beyond answering my questions and helping me find exactly what I was looking for! If it wasn't for John, I probably would not have bought my dream car. After he handed me over to his "Manager" Joel, the customer service all but disappeared. I was made to wait an exorbitant amount of time without any sort of update as to my financing. Then, once Joel found some time for me, I was treated in a way that actually left a bad taste in my mouth. There are much better ways to negotiate and discuss my options than to be snide and off putting. Thank goodness for John or I might have walked right out that door without buying my beautiful Jeep. The ONLY reason im giving 5 stars across the board is because of my sales associate John. More
