RIP-OFF REPORT!!!! Yes, I am aware that New Jeep inventory is low currently, due to a multitude of factors including the shortage of Computer chips for the vehicles. However - I was just quoted a price of $5,140 *OVER* sticker price on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I questioned the numbers with the Salesperson, he claimed that he can't change the numbers and would have the Sales Manager call me back to explain them. An hour passes, no call, so I followed up and was told the Sales Manager was in their "morning meeting" (even though it was 11:00am). Called back 2 hours later, and the Managers were "still in their meeting." Sounds to me like they don't want to sell their cars, they just want to look at them, or try their best to take advantage of people who can't do math. Go elsewhere to be treated with greater dignity! I’m writing this review as a warning to other shoppers of Bob Caldwell, we found a vehicle we were interested in. The salesman Xavier was great and helpful, but the autotrader ad had a remote starter listed Bob Caldwell, we found a vehicle we were interested in. The salesman Xavier was great and helpful, but the autotrader ad had a remote starter listed in the ad which was not on vehicle. When asked about it my salesman question the ad to his manager, I was told that autotrader sometimes puts in other selections of options without them knowing about it. There is an legal notice about it on autotrader I guess that excuses this. But I then went to the dealers website and found the same options listed “remote start”. When asked about this to the manager, the comeback was basically a sorry but deal with it kinda attitude. We liked truck and still bought it but BUYER BEWARE, listings aren’t edited very well and they aren’t in the buisness to correct what I feel is a bait and switch. More
