Thanks Matt. Quite a few years back we all decided as a management team to start advertising vehicles for the price we were willing to sell them for (instead of marking up several thousand dollars) and making sure all information is on the write up which sounds illegal not to but there A LOT of dealers that do not disclose everything. Whether it be interest rate, term, or even trade amount everything needs to be disclosed not just when doing paperwork, but when negotiating on the worksheet. Despite a little kickback this has been the process here and we intend to continue to keep it that way. Historically compared to other car dealers our margin monthly and annually consistently falls below the average dealer.....but conversely we see more people and have more people come back compared to the average car dealer too. Appreciate your noticing Matt and thank you for commending. It's a fun challenge to try to break the mold as a typical car dealer and although we hear it from time to time, we all know the effort put forth adds up to honest work. Xavier cares. Can't teach it but just passed by him an hour ago and he mentioned he was stressed based upon the cleanliness of a vehicle he was trying to deliver.
