First class experience shopping at Bob Caldwell. The experience at Caldwell was far superior to that of another central Ohio dealership. Drew went above and beyond! Another salesperson had already turned us away. We had driven 600 miles to see one particular vehicle. Drew made calls and did what he needed to do to connect this custo already turned us away. We had driven 600 miles to see one particular vehicle. Drew made calls and did what he needed to do to connect this customer with the vehicle. About 2-3 hours after initial contact - we drove away owners of the vehicle we had sought after. Drew was no pressure, very down to earth, and very hospitable! Thank you again Drew! Good experiences from car dealerships are hard to come by on where I’m from but you knocked it out of the park!
