After he handed me over to his "Manager" Joel, the customer service all but disappeared. I was made to wait an exorbitant amount of time without any sort of update as to my financing. Then, once Joel found some time for me, I was treated in a way that actually left a bad taste in my mouth. There are much better ways to negotiate and discuss my options than to be snide and off putting. Thank goodness for John or I might have walked right out that door without buying my beautiful Jeep.
