It took over 2 and a 1/2 hours half hours to get the express oil change and tire rotation.. I was told there were 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived.. That time was 6:38 PM and I got the car out of the d express oil change and tire rotation.. I was told there were 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived.. That time was 6:38 PM and I got the car out of the dealership at 9:15 PM. No one ever came out to tell me there was a problem I had a search somebody down to find out what was going on and was told all they're having difficulty. They were explained what the problem was. It's not a very good way to get or keep customers. More

I've bought 3 cars from this dealership, serviced/repaired all 3 cars when needed there as well. Really decent place. Crossing my fingers, but I haven't had any major issues. Shannon was a great help for me when I purchased my 19 mustang! Great environment she even helped holding my 2 month old while I signed papers and her mother was in the restroom!
