Wow, really hate to see this. We average over 500 videos sent to customers per month and pride ourselves on these walk arounds. It's a requisite for a sales person to send a certain amount per month and disappointed to hear that one was requested and never received it. Based on the anonymity of these reviews, I'm curious (for future business) who was responsible for dropping the ball? If you would be so kind to let me know who your salesperson was, I would be happy to look into it and make sure it does not happen again. Obviously you didn't read the review. I got the video, but it took 3 days. It also did not cover under the under hood area as I had asked. I recieved several email responses, but they all just asked for my phone number and for me to set an appointment to come to your dealership. Had I received the info that I asked for, I would have gladly gave you what you asked for. As my review states, I purchased a similar vehicle. I purchased from a dealership that got me the pics that I asked for and got them quickly, while never once demanding my information. I also traveled just over 100 miles farther to purchase. In my opinion, demanding my info to get a few pics (I could not have cared any less about the poorly shot video) was unnecessary. You had my name and email address, your just needed to prive their dominance It would have taken less time to get the pics than to shoot the video. The emails would have been fewer, so your rep would have spent less time. You had the car and it was closer to me. It looks to me like you spent more to NOTsell a car.
