I set up appointment to get pre-heat sensor in June. .No calls back. Mistakenly tried again for service in December. Asked for 7 different maintenance items to be completed. I called was told oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter was only tasks completed. Dealership had mu truck for 2 full days, got about an hour of true maintenance completed. Disappointing. More

Too many poor experiences with this service department. They lost my wheel lock key about a year ago and had to cut the locks off my tires. Most recently I took my Jeep in for an appointment for general ma They lost my wheel lock key about a year ago and had to cut the locks off my tires. Most recently I took my Jeep in for an appointment for general maintenance. I was told that my Jeep would be available same day or next day at the latest. When I called on the second day to check on the time I could pick it up the staff was extremely rude on the phone and told me they hadn’t even pulled my Jeep into the shop yet. Not sure how you can schedule an appointment a week in advance and the vehicle not be prioritized for the time selected. I asked the service rep to have a manager call me when they opened on Monday. She said they would call me at 8am. I never received a call and had to call them on my own later that morning. The phone line was tied up and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I utilized their text option and could not get any responses. Finally, I was able to get ahold of someone who told me my jeep had just entered the shop. Prior to taking my vehicle in, the battery had no issues. At the end of them servicing my jeep for general maintenance I received a call that they wanted to put a new battery in my vehicle. I was quoted $400 for a new battery and installation. As you can imagine, I found the same battery online for $129. When I picked up my jeep after that quote, my jeep battery miraculously wouldn’t start. It’s amazing how they tried to scam me for $400 after spending almost $900 with them for general maintenance. If it wasn’t enough of a headache to deal with the horrible customer experience I had I also had to experience a dealership trying to scam a loyal customer on a new battery. I would highly recommend finding a more reputable and ethical shop to service your vehicle. More
