The overall process too long, way over priced, and didn’t fix all my issues. Something I asked for to be checked in a diagnostic was missed, and I was told it would be looked at in the end, and then they did fix all my issues. When I asked asked for them to run the diagnostic again I was told I would be charged another $175 after I just spent 5000. You would just think good customer service would’ve just did it for me. Unfortunately, I don’t feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here anymore even though I live so close. I won’t be recommending it to anyone either. More

I st an appointment weeks in advance to have tires put on and TPMS put on and alignment. I dropped car off at 7am and they gave it back around 345pm at least 10 people went before me and when I arrived Todd and TPMS put on and alignment. I dropped car off at 7am and they gave it back around 345pm at least 10 people went before me and when I arrived Todd advised me I was up next after another hour my car was taken to the back with 1.5 hours left in business hours. The replaced TPMS that I got from their parts shop and charged me for labor and it’s not calibrated. They didn’t do my alignment. He said I wasn’t charged for TPMs but I clearly just paid them 375 to do what put tires on the car?!? Last time I brought my car to have suspension checked, after two business days did not look at the car.. I was advised to come back on Tuesday when I’m actually working and driving the car to have alignment done and was supposed a coupon. I am done with this dealership and the brand in general More
Todd, the Service “receptionist” is excellent. The un-named, unknown Service Manager should not be in the service business. I waited 1.5 hours to be told that they would not remove a dash panel The un-named, unknown Service Manager should not be in the service business. I waited 1.5 hours to be told that they would not remove a dash panel and plug in a trailer brake controller. The Service Manager said it was too much of a liability for them to assume, What a baby, jerk, (I got more, but for decorum’s sake I’ll stop there), Todd said … “drive down the street and see if the nice guy who drives a Jeep at Columbus Car Audio will remove the dash panel and plug your brake controller in for you. That happened! … the nice guy came out to the parking lot with a special tool, removed the panel, saw the interface connector immediately, and plugged it in. I said “what do I owe you”? … and he said “don’t worry about it man”. I was shocked. Caldwell will NEVER get any business from me. They don’t care about their customer. They seek to CTA (you know, CYA). Kudos to Todd again, for at least trying to make me a pleased customer and for sending me to Columbus Car Audio. I hope the xxxxxx Service “Manager” (in quotes because how in the world could this guy be a “manager), is replaced so that nobody else has to put up with his lack of customer care, lack of intelligence, and just basic nonsense. More
