Greatly apologize for the experience. We have sent out emails to all of our customers for the last 2 months that we are now taking appointments and yet customers are still coming in without an appointment. This caused some issues Saturday as we typically see 20-30 vehicles, we had over 40 show. That does not take away from the fact that you had an appointment and I apologize. I called Justin and thanked him for having tires put on but the other two items were incomplete. He advised he didn’t see anything in the work order which is okay. This is customary for the way they handle customers who are right. I used expletives and I was hung up on. Didn’t bother to call back but I now tell everyone not to go there for anything.. Dino the salesman is the only person who has treated me with the upmost respect and he remembers who I am every time I come. I purchased the car from this dealership and tried to be a loyal customer but can’t wait to find a new car with a new brand! Bob Caldwell left a horrible taste in my mouth for good! They care more about newer vehicles and working on what they feel Is a priority. I stand by my words and actions and will never work with them again. Can’t imagine anyone that had more service than me and I stopped having issues on the car when I stopped taking it there. I live and die by these words I write..The fact that I’m the 3rd owner on an 08 charger that I’ve had for 8 years shows that I cleaned up after both owners and am very knowledgeable about the car. I didn’t ask for a diagnostic, I scheduled an appt for what I wanted done and they couldn’t fulfill that completely. My TPMS light is still on but hey, like Bob Caldwell shows “who cares?! “ I complain and get told it’s not in the work order or neither is my appt.. Todd was very inconsiderate and tried to make up for it with coupons but I still shouldn’t have had to pay almost $400 for work not being completed. I wasn’t even offered any appt to bring the vehicle back in to finish it.They gave Poor customer service so I gave them a poor customer’s attitude.
