The overall process too long, way over priced, and didn’t fix all my issues. Something I asked for to be checked in a diagnostic was missed, and I was told it would be looked at in the end, and then they did fix all my issues. Something I asked for to be checked in a diagnostic was missed, and I was told it would be looked at in the end, and then they didn’t do it. When I asked asked for them to run the diagnostic again I was told I would be charged another $175 after I just spent 5000. You would just think good customer service would’ve just did it for me. Unfortunately, I don’t feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here anymore even though I live so close. I won’t be recommending it to anyone either. More
