Appreciate you mentioning the fact that these guys and gals commonly stay late (not by a couple minutes) but 30-60 minutes regularly. Not to mention, that means the sales managers and finance managers also stay late. Makes for long weeks working 9-9 5, sometimes 6 days a week. Out of state deals are tricky and apologize that you had gone to this extent without a heads up prior. Anytime we have a customer from out of state it's usually because we have an attractive price on our vehicle which invites multiple buyers. The only time we will hold a vehicle is if the purchase order is signed and paid for. We usually receive 3-6 leads from out of state per day. If we held all of the vehicles from out of state callers we would have 25% of our inventory offline. It does not make business sense. That said, it certainly does not make business sense for you to be put out like this and clearly poor communication from our side. I very much apologize. -Justin Harmon (General Manager)

This is very simple. I understand what you are saying. But you are missing the point of why I took time to write. Had you people had the courtesy to tell me this (Dino said, 'oh, I thought you were told') ahead of time, I would not have gone to the lengths I did and bought a plane ticket. Your people scheduled an appt for me based on my flight itinerary. Essentially, you were stacking the odds in your favor to make a sale at risk to me. If only your sales people told me ahead of time, I could have left a nice review about good communication.

Thank you for mentioning the waiting rooms. We now have 4 areas that customers to wait until their vehicle is ready. Popcorn, drinks and snacks, a quiet room, computer area and even a 70" screen with couches in case you want to watch a big game or movie. Our goal is never to make a customer wait but if preferred or inevitable, want to make sure you are comfortable.
