A 1 star is too high for this dealership. As a disabled veteran I was hoping that there would be some sort of higher customer service attention but in all reality this dealership will stab yo As a disabled veteran I was hoping that there would be some sort of higher customer service attention but in all reality this dealership will stab you in the back at the first chance. I went through the ENTIRE loan process, got approved and I agreed to pay the $4,500 down payment so that we could complete the deal. I messaged Brad at the dealership following up from my messages and was told that he sold the vehicle to someone else????? What? I asked Brad why nobody called me to ask for a signature or anything after the loan got approved and I agreed to the terms but was told they don't hold any vehicles no matter how far you're in the process! Complete crap and so shady to take me through all the financing to agree but sell it to someone else while I'm in the process of purchasing it. No courtesy, care or thought went into servicing a veteran so I'd hate to see how you treat your regular customers unless Bob Caldwell Chrysler just likes to discriminate again its own country's Veterans! More
