Camille was friendly at first but this has turned out to be the most stressful car purchase I have ever made. I had to haggle over everything from my trade in, my high interest rate when I have a near perfe be the most stressful car purchase I have ever made. I had to haggle over everything from my trade in, my high interest rate when I have a near perfect credit score, and I am still haggling over getting the floor mats that were not in the vehicle but were an included option on the vehicle description provided to me from the dealership. I have pointed this out but still have not got a decision from the dealership if they are going to honor this included option as advertised. Also advertised is home delivery in which the unfriendly sales manager Brad refused to honor although not only is rating home delivery an option on this survey it is advertised online as a service the dealership offers, as well as other sites. To Camille’s credit she tried to provide the home delivery but when this resolution was accepted had to resend her offer. The only reason this rating is not a 1 is because I feel I did get a good deal on the final price of the vehicle. More
