Very pleased I had the pleasure of working with Janette Day as my sales person. I had a very difficult situation and she worked diligently to resolve it. The first day I was there, I left upset and disheartened because I owed a lot more on my vehicle than it was worth. I went home with no plan of returning. Janette called me the next day to follow up and thank me for coming in. She also ask if I would come back in because there was a possibility that she could help me with my situation. Let's just say that I left with a brand new Dodge caravan that night. She and the staff at Bob Caldwell Dodge were amazing and I appreciate them tremendously. Disappointed I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot. The brakes squeaked and the idle was rough from day one.
