The service dept is not well run. The people don’t seem to get along with each other. They kept my car several days on different occasions attempting to fix one problem. When I copied the service manager on an email, things got better. Cody took over my case and it seems to be fixed 🤞. He was good to work with. Also, the lady that checks you out is ALWAYS friendly and upbeat. More

Bob Caldwell Dodge service department quoted me $175 diagnostic fee to look at my transmission that was only slipping when hot. They called and said it would be $255 total to continue diagnostics by op diagnostic fee to look at my transmission that was only slipping when hot. They called and said it would be $255 total to continue diagnostics by opening the transmission pan. I approved the fee only after verifying that the fee included reinstalling the pan and replacing the transmission fluid. After opening the pan they said it would be another $1000 to replace the transmission filter and test to see if that fixed the problem but they weren’t sure that it would. I declined to proceed and asked them to ready my vehicle for pickup. When I arrived I found that they only half filled the transmission fluid and the vehicle was undriveable. I had it towed to a different Dodge dealership and they were able to completely diagnose the problem with the transmission and tell me exactly what was wrong. Replacing the filter would not have fixed the problem. The other dealership didn’t charge a diagnostic fee. More
