So I meet up with billy ra to see what he could do for me. He was a awsome guy easy to talk to and he helpped make getting a new car easier. He even helpped me find a better loan option with lower interest rate. With my credit being as bad as it was i was not able to get the dodge dart i wanted but billy ra found me a car that he knew i would like. I was disapointed at first but when i saw the kia forte. I knew it was perfect for me. Billy ra is awsome, he listen to you and he is happy to answer all your questions. Even if you dont get the car you wanted he will find you something even better. I strongly recommend bob caldwell, before you try any other dealership. More

I will consider them for future purchases and would recommend other to do the same. Original review: Worst car buying experience of my life. I've bought 10 vehicles from several different dealership but this is by far the worst experience. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler and noticed an issue that forced the reverse lights to always be on. I noticed during the test drive. I ask them if they knew that was an issue and they said no but it's a quick fix they can do after I buy the car. I asked if their service departments fully inspects the vehicles before selling them and they said the whole vehicle is inspected by the service department to check for any issues before selling a used card. They lead me to believe the issue with the lights was recent. I purchased the Jeep and returned it for service on the following Monday. I later checked the pictures on their website before they took the listing down and noticed that the reverse lights were clearly stuck on when they posted the Jeep for sale. It's clear the service department ignored the issue. I'm not sure if it was inspected at all. I mentioned this to the sales guy and he blew it off basically. He assured me it was a quick fix and it would be fixed same day. I bought the Jeep February 1st and here we are almost two weeks later (2/14) and the issue is still not resolved. I have to constantly call the shop to ask for a status update. They keep saying it'll be ready then suddenly it's not and they're checking something else. Today, I had it though. Last night they called and said the Jeep would be ready today because they have all the parts in. Since 11am this morning I've been trying to get an update on my Jeep. 6 hours later after talking to several people I was able to finally get an update that it is NOT FIXED! They're not sure what the issue is and they're inspected. They said they'll call me back when they know more. At this point I fully regret my purchase. The whole experience has been a struggle. They claim their service department inspected the vehicle but there was a glaring flaw that wasn't fixed. They said it would be a quick fix but two weeks later I'm still waiting on it. Nothing like buying a vehicle to immediately have it sit in the shop for two weeks and have to fight to get an update. I don't trust Bob Caldwell sales or service. It's a shame they're the trusted brand in the area. I do not plan to use them again and urge anyone I know not to use them. I wish I hadn't ever trusted them with my purchase. More

Unbelievably dishonest, and by no means, customer oriented. Purchased a 2008 truck from this dealership from Cindy. We were told that they inspected every thing and that the truck was in good shape. They talked us into purchasing a extended warranty as well. Not only did they tell us it was a great warranty, but sold us the most expensive one. We were assured after speaking to these folks that they were trust worthy and every thing would be ok. Three months later, the truck caught on fire underneath do to bearings. "We were told that all the parts were inspected?" Bearings last 75,000-150,000 miles. So, if they were inspected, how are they catching on fire a little over three months? We called the extended warranty that they told us was so great! They replied- they will only cover 600.00 of the 2,400 in damages. Reallly? They said, they cover bearings and tire but do not cover fire damage. Ok, let's think about this....You are covering the bearings, and the bearings are what caused the fire...but you won't cover the actual fire? Makes no sense what so ever. So, we contacted the dealership and tried to see what they could do for us. Let me begin by saying, IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! I spoke with Tom Rollins who assured me that he would look into the extended warranty and see what he could do. He said, he would pay for our rent a car and get back to us. We trusted him. Tom said he would get back to us on Friday. Friday came and no call. Our vehicle was sitting at another dealership and awaiting clearance on repairs. It was getting late in the day, so I called Tom Friday. Only to find out, that he was not even working on Friday. I called Sat, and he was at work but did not call back, I called Sun and he was at work and did not call back. I called Monday and he was once again at work but did not call back. So, the person answering the phone, said he would go ask Tom what he found out. He returns to tell me that Tom said, he would call back and the extended warranty people would be contacting me. Later that day, no call. I called Tom again. Same young man answered the phone, this time he transferred me to Tom. Tom once again did not pick up. I called the young man back and stated, I really need to know what is going on with this extended warranty and rent a car. He then gets on the phone and tells me that Tom is now with a customer and won"t get on the phone. He puts me on hold and another man named Mark picks up and states that he has to transfer me to Used vehicles to find out. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Nobody picked up the phone and nobody transferred me. I hung up and called back. The young man answered the phone again and this time said, I am sorry I could not find your call. Really? I was enraged. I could not get anyone at this dealership to help us. I then got a hold of the better business bureau . I did my complaint. Funny , how for days nobody at this dealership will respond, then bingo...this morning got a call from their GM Justin Harmon. He said, he pulled all the calls and that we did not call and speak with as many folks as we did. The problem was, Justin did not talk to his employees before calling us. They had my fiancée's number and he only looked up my phone number. If, Justin would have looked into the matter before calling and got the proper information, he would have been aware how many times we tried to contact this company and how many people that did not help there really were. So, Justin spoke with my fiancée and finally received the correct information and the numerous calls that were made. He couldn't understand why she was so angry. He basically was ridiculing her because she was upset with her treatment. Not once did he say, he would take any action against the employees that lied, refused calls, or did not follow through. He actually stated, that he was not going to help because she was upset. He refused to help...refused to correct the problem....refused to apologize....and was rude. And the insurance policy that Tom Rollins was so fond of the day we purchased the vehicle....He then told us that they are hard to get things done for the customer...but he has his own number to call. They would be more apt to speak with him, then us. So, you lied and told us that it was good...got our money and now stating that it is not good. They record all their calls and I also recorded calls. We have proof of the lies and clear disrespect from these employees . Justin, refused to help and listen to these calls. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTIES....AND DO NOT TRUST IN ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO SAY. THIS DEALERSHIP, HAS NO MORAL COMPASS...AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. More
