Sneaky Salesman I went in to look at some used cars they were advertising online. I'm a recent college grad looking to buy his first car in order to travel back and f I went in to look at some used cars they were advertising online. I'm a recent college grad looking to buy his first car in order to travel back and forth to my new job. I have enough cash to buy the car I was interested in seeing outright, but the first salesman who greeted us immediately tried to sell me on leasing a brand new car. I explain to him that I'm only looking for a three year investment in this car until I can afford to upgrade to a newer model. He claims that he knows better than I when it comes to finance and proceeds to appeal to my mother's motherly instinct, claiming that he "has kids too". This guy was ignoring me entirely and had the gall to speak to us in such a condescending tone. When I tell him there's no way I'm leasing, he immediately passes me on to another agent. We ask to see the car, and she says it's in another lot a couple miles away. My mother and I wait for over 30 min for this car to arrive only for it to have been keyed across its right side. Needless to say we left immediately. Plus the female agent told us that the male agent's kid was only a newborn! (Like that guy knows what it's like to lease a new car for his kid) I will NEVER come back it was a total waste of time. More

2017 Jeep Wrangler Willys I met with salesman Xavier Esposito. They did have the Jeep I wanted but it was sold. It was an ordered Jeep that had just come in. Xavier told me they have been receiving Jeeps that are ordered in about 3 weeks. So I ordered a Jeep Willy and it came in just short of 3 weeks. Xavier called me when it came in and was still on the truck. He took pictures of it on and off the truck and text them to me. I couldn't of been happier with the whole process from the honesty of the Xavier and the whole staff including the finance manager. Thanks to all involved especially at Bob Caldwell.
