Happy Jeep Owner I started the whole process through chat and when we met Xavier the next day to test out the Jeep we picked he treated us with the utmost respect. He showed us multiple Jeeps and my wife and I fell in love with one. Since our car was totaled (which is why this was needed) we were driving a rental. Xavier followed with the jeep we were purchasing to the rental car drop off location which was most appreciated. We then went through the paperwork process and finally drove off the lot with our Jeep. I had set up an appointment the previous day to meet with Xavier, and as soon as we pulled in were greeted by Billy-Ray. Xavier was still finishing up a deal so I had the great pleasure of working with Billy-Ray. He spent the next 6 hours showing me all of my options, answering all of my questions, and was extremely personable through the entire experience. I ended the day with a GREAT deal on a newer car than I was looking at, with much lower miles, at nearly the same price. Not to mention, Xavier came to check in consistently to make sure I was getting the proper experience throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to ANYONE currently looking for a new or used car. You won't regret stopping in. More
