Easy-Peasy, There's a New Car in my Garage! Had a great buying experience here thanks in no small part to John Hoyt, one of their Sales Consultants. He made sure to find a time that suited my s Had a great buying experience here thanks in no small part to John Hoyt, one of their Sales Consultants. He made sure to find a time that suited my schedule (working nights, that's not always an easy thing to find!), took the time to answer my questions before my arrival, while I was there, and even after I was off the lot. No pressure either. He left me alone with the car for plenty of time to look it over, pop the hood, kick the tires, etc. but was always within a quick whistle or hand-wave's distance if I had any questions or concerns. On the test drive John didn't flinch when I put my foot into the pedal, and even encouraged me to "see what it really feels like" out on the interstate. Sure, there's always paperwork to fill out, but prior to closing the deal a handshake and my good word were all he was looking for to do business. Beyond John, everyone at the Dublin-Granville location was friendly, easy-going, and no nonsense. The finance officer ran all the number past me to make sure I knew what every line was for and that I was comfortable with what payments would be, when they would start, and how much I was putting down. As for the vehicle itself, it's used but well-maintained. Bob Caldwell had a CarFAX Report on file & posted on-line for me to look over before I ever even expressed an interest. On top of that it's a Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, so I have no doubts about its street worthiness or any anxiety about something going wrong that won't be covered. They were even willing to extend the manufacturer's origin warranty on it beyond its initial limits. All in all as far as the sales experience, financing, and quality of the car itself are concerned I have zero bad things to say. In all likelihood I'll be back to Bob Caldwell and John Hoyt when I get ready to trade this one in. Until then, thanks guys, and happy driving! More
