Ya, lot's of dirty laundry......guys, I'm the dealer, part owner, work 60+ hours every week because I care and try to run a reputable business and familiar with this particular customer complaint. As stated on many posts prior, I always encourage customers to see what interest rate they are able to receive from their local bank or lender. If we are unable to beat that rate, then congrats, your homework paid off! If not you have the piece of mind that you were given an excellent interest rate. This particular customer is accusing us of not giving them the best interest rate so that we could make more spread. First off the deal was completed in 2016. No dealership can recreate or pull what offers were available (in regards to interest) from 2016. Furthermore, interest rate, payment, purchase price, everything regarding the purchase is disclosed in the finance office and on paperwork that the customer retains. I can't understand how you are ok with the interest you pay on a vehicle for 15 months but now feel that we had treated you unethically. Lastly, I applaud you on your attempt to refinance now, a practice that can save everyone money if they take the initiative (not just on a car, but house, insurance, etc...). It's always worth checking out, but I can not tell nor can a customer what had changed on ones credit in 15 months but also, how each lender will assess that credit a year and a half later. I can assure you and the general public, we are looking out for the customers best intentions but just like the price of a vehicle, if you are not happy with the rate, find another lender....right? -Justin H (GM)

This review has some angst! I like it. Unfortunately much of it being false. The extended warranty purchased is not a bad warranty. The problem that the customer is referring to is a covered component HOWEVER......and general rule.......when the tire of your vehicle is rubbing against another part of vehicle with such friction that it causes smoke and eventually a fire, a service contract may not pay for the additional damages. Best practice is to pull over and have the vehicle towed (which is covered by the warranty). I have dealt with many service contracts and they are not gonna cover components that are caused by excessive driving after covered component is broken. This is an interesting review as we currently have a BBB open case. Just so we're clear here, the dealership is being asked to cover extra expense that had been denied by service contract company 4 months after the vehicle was purchased. As a General Manager I listen to everyone's case and spend as much time and dollars needed to help out when I can but refuse to be leveraged nor screamed at nor threatened to provide goodwill. Professional communication always the best policy. Don't scream at people, they don't like it. For the records, the person leaving the review is not the customer. Also, with 1 review I expect this to drop into "Not Recommended" reviews any day now......then again, that's where all of our 5 star Yelp reviews are stored so who knows? To reply to the GM at this location. I am the customer. We are engaged and I am driving the vehicle and I am also on the insurance, and payment comes from "OUR" checking account.So, how do you figure, I am not a customer? Are you that shallow, that you are trying to lie, to make your dealership look better? Apparently, you don't like women as well? You actually told me, that you refuse to speak with me...that i needed to get my husband. So, women should NOT go to this dealership. Justin, will only speak to the husband and does not like when a woman confronts wrong doing. Justin also stated, the only way he would help us, is if we took down our reviews. I have him on recording. He is trying to blame us for the truck catching on fire. It did grind and smoke and thats when we pulled into the other dealership. However, he also stated truck 4 months old..its not. Truck only had 55,000 miles on it and bearings went out. Not to mention, this dealership prides itself of checking all elements of the vehicles before putting them on sales floor. And, if it was checked..how is it bad under 3 months later? He wants people to believe they are not responsible...You be the judge. We have numerous recordings of employees lying and being disrespectful. And, he was mad because we were angry? Why don't you be honest and do the right thing? FYI...I DON'T APPRECIATE YOU LYING OR BULLYING ME BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN! REALLY PATHETIC MY FRIEND...
