I love my car and Joey was great! I have bought 3 cars from Ricart and expected to buy the next car from them, as a matter of fact I went to Ricart the previous week and drove the sam I have bought 3 cars from Ricart and expected to buy the next car from them, as a matter of fact I went to Ricart the previous week and drove the same car that I purchased from Bob Caldwell just last week not believing Bob Caldwell would have the exact same car. Joey made my car buying experience with Bob Caldwell very smooth. I had not planned on buying a car that night but I believe I got a great deal and sealed the deal. Worst experience EVER! I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep on January 31st, 2018. Within a week it started having starting issues. When I would drive it for awhile, turn it off a I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep on January 31st, 2018. Within a week it started having starting issues. When I would drive it for awhile, turn it off and then go to start it up, it would not start. I took it in to get serviced, they inspected it and said everything was fine so I left thinking maybe it was just random. The next day it did the same thing. I called them back and they said if it happens again , get it towed in. The following day it happened again so I got it towed in. After a couple of days , the service manager got the Jeep to replicate the issue and they said it was a sensor on the starter that was bad. They replaced the sensor. A few days later, it started happening again. I took it in again a week ago and they said it was some module they had to order. A week later they said that part didn’t correct the issue so they have to keep testing it. I have had the Jeep for 48 days and it’s been in the shop 10 of them, broken down close to 20 times out of the other 28 days. It’s a huge inconvenience because when it happens, I have to sit stranded and wait for the engine to cool down for 30 minutes before it will start back up. I have a 3 year old son who I have been stranded with 8 times now and 8 other times on my own. At this point I just want to trade it in for another Jeep because something isn’t right on this one. The only options they gave me were to continue to try to fix the issue which is a huge inconvenience and should not be happening on a brand new Jeep, trade it in and take a negative value equity hit to apply to my new Jeep, or open a case with Chrystler to go through with the lemon law. This is just ridiculous and it’s been a horrible experience. Brand new 2018 Jeep should not be having these issues and I should not be getting the run around like I am. I had to open a complain with the attorney general office and open a case with Chrysler which has gotten me nowhere either. More

I think it is so important that rather buying a car immediately or "inquiring" to find the best price and or a best fit vehicle, that professionalism, excitement, patience, knowledge and listening skills are tuned into/displayed to each customer. You never know who is coming back or who knows who. That was displayed when I inquired to get a SUV. Although, I didn't get the SUV. When I do let go of my sedan, I will definitely shop with C.J. Due to the customer service displayed to me, I have forwarded many people to him and took the time to write this post.
