SOLD ME A LEMON & WON'T STAND BEHIND IT! Spoke to Justin Harmon GM on today to my amazement he lacks the same customer service skills as the others that I have interacted with my vehicle! It is a long, sad story, so please read the whole story because it is the truth whole truth so help me. I have been going through with this issue since the 17th day of ownership (hint, hint less than 30 days, should be declared a lemon). ACCORDING TO THE CARFAX AND THE DEALERSHIP, the jeep I purchased had the battery replaced on the 22nd of December; I bought my vehicle on the 23rd of December. Normal, huh? You would think so! There was a reason why the Service Department installed a battery, well me and my family found out why. Since day 17 of me owning the vehicle it has been having sporadic starting issues, i.e., some days I go out it will start and once I get to my destination and come out of the store; the vehicle doesn't start. I have had this vehicle back into the service department three times for this issue, but I have called them and complained about this issue over a half dozen times (easily). After getting fed up and having to file a BBB case on them, I was referred to the GM Justin Harmon and after a going back in forth on how I should have never trusted the dealership and why I didn't purchase an extended warranty on a 2015 with less than 67,000 miles on it. I DIDN'T BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON IT BECAUSE I AT LEAST THOUGHT THE VEHICLE WOULD AT LEAST START EVERYTIME I TURNED THE KEY WITH THAT LITTLE BIT OF MILES ON IT!! After being on the phone for 35 minutes today (I know this because Justin told me “Well after being on the phone with you for 35 minutes hearing your concerns, I have other things I could be doing”). Go figure, if a customer has an issue with a vehicle because it won't consistently start you should stay on the phone with them until the matter is resolved, SMH, just arrogant! Whatever benefits the dealership Justin does. Furthermore, after being on the phone and being accused of defamation, lol. What Justin was saying was that the truth was hurting him and his dealership. I WAS NOT SAYING ANYTHING THAT WAS WRONG,Nor was I lying to him. Everything was factual. In a nutshell rather than take the vehicle back and wipe it as a lemon he stuck to his guns because his dealership had put a $600 part on the car (which didn't fix the problem) and another $700.00+ (misc. charge for something I guess the mechanic’s time for not fixing the vehicle SMH). So, he agreed to take the car back, but I would still have to come out of pocket for $2,087.00 because of the rip off valuation that they charged for this LEMON! At the end of the call, he got irate with me and arrogantly hung up on me, saying that “I was not grateful for what he was offering me.” Hmmmmm….. let's see I bought a vehicle from you, that should have never been sold anyway because of a preexisting electrical non starting condition and then I have to pay you almost $2,100.00 just to get out of the vehicle and have nothing to show for my $2,100.00 but trusting a dealership and buying a vehicle that should not have been on the lot. So, Justin hangs up on me for not being grateful (just arrogant), go figure, huh. In actuality, Justin hung up because the TRUTH was burning his ears. Avoid this dealership unless you want in component service, want to be treated like a number, want to purchase a vehicle that has not been inspected (or the mechanic cut corners on it)! There is a whole lot more to this story (that I don't have room to write)…. Stay Tuned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE CAR AND AT LEAST A CAR THAT IS RELIABLE ENOUGH TO START EVERYTIME! AVOID THIS PLACE AND SO THAT YOU WON'T HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET MONIES FOR A VEHICLE THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN UP FOR SALE ANYWAY. DEFINITELY DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU want GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGEMENT NOT TWISTING THINGS ON YOU LIKE IT WAS YOUR FAULT FOR BUYING FROM THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE, i.e., how dare you buy from us because we know what we do to customers. More

Excellent experience John Hoyt was professional and courteous every step of the way. Absolutely no pressure sales tactics and every question about the vehicle was promptly John Hoyt was professional and courteous every step of the way. Sales department was just ok. Service department was terribl The Cadillac was very dirty inside and out. Tire pressure monitor is broke. Only 2 floor mats left in it 1 front 1 rear.
