Dont waste your time unless you are local They took 3 days to respond initially. They took way to long getting me the documents that we needed to send our bank to have the funds by the weekend They took 3 days to respond initially. They took way to long getting me the documents that we needed to send our bank to have the funds by the weekend, and then stated that they would not hold the vehicle until the following weekend for us even though we had an approval and were committed to buy the car. I offered to give them a deposit so we could plan to make a 500 mile trip there to pick up the car. They were not interested. Awful, Awful dealership, did not seem motivated at all to sell a car. Unless you are in town and able to pick up the within in 24 hours, I would not waste your time with this dealership. More

Should have come here first My wife and I came in to see Mrs Cindy King about a used Jeep that we found online. It was everything she said it was, unlike the other 3 dealers that My wife and I came in to see Mrs Cindy King about a used Jeep that we found online. It was everything she said it was, unlike the other 3 dealers that we shopped prior to this dealer. Cindy was able to answer every question my wife had asked, regarding the different models the Wrangler offers and without running back and forth to showroom floor to get those answers. Unbelievable My wife and I saw the van online. Called about it, asked for pictures. Saw that it was missing 2 seats. When we asked about the missing seats, they sa My wife and I saw the van online. Called about it, asked for pictures. Saw that it was missing 2 seats. When we asked about the missing seats, they said that the 2 missing seats were the reason it was priced $650 below Kelly Blue Book. They Fed Exed paperwork and wanted us to sign and Fed Ex paperwork back. We did not. We drove 3 hours to get to the dealership. Upon arrival, we found a 2 foot scratch and dent on passenger door ( not shown in photos). All 4 tires needed replaced and there was a severe shimmy in front end when brakes were applied during test drive (the salesman noticed the van shaking). When discussing price, had to wait a half an hour for the sales manager to show up. He came out and listened to my concerns, and then smugly said that the van was there on consignment and that he could not budge from the sticker price. Did not offer to call the supposed “consigner” to see if he would negotiate the price. In Pittsburgh terms, the sales manager was a real jagoff (look it up - it’s actually in the dictionary). They claim to be a family owned business. Based upon our experience with the sales manager, and how dirty the used car lot was at 9 am (ladies, if you have to use the bathrooms, stop at the truck stop first), we would recommend a different dealership.
