I was on my way home to Minneapolis, Friday, June 3rd from an 8 day fishing trip in Southern Iowa. I was pulling my boat and was anxious to get home. It was approx 12:30 PM when my 2002 GMC Sonoma star from an 8 day fishing trip in Southern Iowa. I was pulling my boat and was anxious to get home. It was approx 12:30 PM when my 2002 GMC Sonoma started to run hot and over heat. My brother was following me in another truck. I pulled off at the Bob Brown Dealership exit and made a phone call to your service department. I talked to Alex and he said bring her in. I pulled into the drive through where Alex and crew checked it out and let me know my radiator had went bad. I was told to park my boat in the back of the dealership and bring the truck back and they will get me in right away. Alex said it would be around 2-2 1/2 hours so my brother and I went across the street and had some lunch. We came back to the dealership waiting room and only sat for a short time when Alex came in and let me know it was all done. SWEET!!! It only took a little over an hour and a half. What could have been a very long and bad situation turned out awesome. Thanks to the outstanding service team you have I was able to get home at a decent hour and end my trip on a good note. Andy is great to deal with. I trust him with the maintenance for both of my Cheverolet vehicles. He is always looking out for my best interest in keeping my vehicles in top shape. Andy Brecht went well beyond the traditional call of duty to help us with a very serious and expensive problem with our GM. He is a perfect example of what good customer service should be. I can not recommen to help us with a very serious and expensive problem with our GM. He is a perfect example of what good customer service should be. I can not recommend him enough and would not go anywhere else for any service on my vehicles. Ironically I had just purchased a different vehicle at this dealership, our 3rd, two weeks prior. Lee and Cody were very helpful and professional to work with. I like this dealership a lot but I was not very happy with GMC due to their incentives and the cost. My husband and I started an extensive new car search, visiting many dealers to determine the make and model we wanted. We looked at everything from Mercedes Benz to Hyundai. We are USAA members and knew that once we found our car, it would be a very quick process. Tracee was very patient with us as we drove several Buicks over several days and we finally decided on the Regal. Cody made the financing painless and answered all our questions. He was very patient with us as we reviewed all our documentation. We feel that the Regal is an awesome value and the staff at Bob Brown made the experience fun. More

We were very pleased with our experience at Bob Brown GMC Buick in Ankeny. Cort Howard was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I wanted to bring to your attention how great it was to work with the folks at Bob Brown GMC; specifically Lee Muller, Cody Bilyeu and Kaylinn Hoyt. We were treated royally. Lee made us feel so at ease, answered any questions, pointed out the features of the new car, got us the magic number of what the car trade would cost us and even loaded our stuff from the old car into the trunk of the new car. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Lee again. Likewise, Cody worked us through the financing very easily, clearly explaining what we were signing and getting us the short term financing we needed to complete our car purchase. Lastly, Kaylinn, our "contact person" at Bob Brown, provided us with the information needed to see if a trip to Iowa from Minnesota was going to make sense. Obviously, it did make sense. We are very pleased with our purchase. More
Overall, after a little bit of a rough start, this probably ended up being one of the best new vehicle buying experiences I've ever had. You guys made it all work for me.
