We had contacted the dealership and scheduled an appointment on Saturday for the next Monday to look at a Toyota Sienna. I even got an email from the salesperson reminding me of the appointment. When we got there we were given the runaround for 30 minutes while they tried to find the vehicle. Turns out it was sold on Saturday and despite the reminder email and a promise to have the vehicle waiting for us, it was a huge waste of time. The sales person didn't seem to even remember what vehicle we were looking at. I would avoid Bob Brady like the plague. More
I know I had credit issues and I was great full the dealership help get me a car... From there it’s been a disaster. 1.I was questioned on how my company I work for handling their pay stubs for proof dealership help get me a car... I was told I left my house key there and they would mail the key to me I never saw it and had to get a new key... 3. Lastly the kicker they never told me the car was in some kind of an accident and it was not listed on any car reports that my used vehicle was in an accident. Within a month of getting the car the front bumper paint started bubbling up, meaning the car was recently painted and not done correctly. I call on the problem and they stated I would have to wait two weeks for them to look at it and send it off... I go in today, and was told yes the car has a record of the dealership getting it painted but since I am over my miles of bumper to bumper they won’t cover it... Meaning the two weeks I waited for them to get me in I put enough miles to go over that... I stated why don’t we just take back to who painted it and Jamie rudely stated no we are not doing that or covering anything... I drove 80 miles for them to tell me that, in the horrendous weather today. Why wouldn’t they tell me the car was in an accident and got painted ? 2. Because they didn’t tell me that, they told me today you bought a used car and your responsibility now... Yes I was irritate and not welcoming but Jamie was so rude to me and I drove there to find a way to make this right! The worst customer service I’ve ever gotten anywhere.... My advice don’t do any busy with this company..... How can they get away with not reporting damage to a car? More
We went in for diagnostics, an was given a lot more than we asked for so we decided to get it fixed anyway. They ordered the parts and after 3 weeks I had to call them back to find out what was going on. we asked for so we decided to get it fixed anyway. We returned their call and they didn't know what we were talking about. When my wife asked for an explanation they hung up on her. They will not refund by diagnostic cost. Whatever you do never go to Bob Brady Dodge. More

Very disappointing!!! But she said they will work with me but it hasn't gone through yet...now does that even make sense...Very disappointing! Maybe the financial advisor and her assistant should learn how to communicate..Why would you make someone drive all this way when u aren't 100%..the last text I got from her was Its a go!! Hyundai Venue I came out to Bob Brady to look at some vehicles. I was not even looking to purchase a vehicle at the time and I met a Hyundai Product Specialist name I came out to Bob Brady to look at some vehicles. I was not even looking to purchase a vehicle at the time and I met a Hyundai Product Specialist named Willie. Willie found the perfect vehicle for what I was asking and Mike the manager helped me tremendously as well. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this dealership, especially these 2 amazing Professionals. Very knowledgeable with the Hyundai brand. Thanks guys and I appreciate the new Hyundai Venue!! More

I purchased a wheel and tire protection plan for my vehicle. I've been spending the last year calling to try to get it fixed. I finally got an appointment made and was told it would be covered. They then informed me my warranty was up 5 months ago. I explained that I'd been trying to reach them for a year and that I expected it to be covered. They found proof of some of my phone calls and the voicemails proving I was trying to get this fixed before the warranty was up. Mind you they had told me it would be covered as well originally. They're refusing to fix it with out me paying full price. I've tried contacting one of the higher ups but haven't heard back. Hyundai had been contacted as well. We'll see what they have to say about a dealership messing with their name. More
