I have always been taken care of in a timely manner and fully intend to not only make my next purchase there but continue to bring my vehicles to this dealership. In my opinion the dealership as a whole takes pride in themselves and it shows from the friendly smiles, the clean waiting area, and the steps they take to ensure you are comfortable, taken care of as quickly as possible, and leave satisfied. Two times my windshield wiper fluid hasn’t been filled, I got my cabin air filter replaced and they didn’t latch my glovebox back it took me forever to get it right and just Monday I went and they picked up some debris from their workplace and it was metal in my tire and I had to turn around and go back and get hem to fix it! Not sure why it’s me but the last few times I haven’t been happy! And my Honda is 5 years old and I’ve used y’all for all my oil changes except 2! More
