Great experience for car maintenance I usually take my 2013 Accord to a mechanic shop for regular oil changes and most maintenance, but since I was due for a 90,000 mile maintenance (incl I usually take my 2013 Accord to a mechanic shop for regular oil changes and most maintenance, but since I was due for a 90,000 mile maintenance (including new brakes, oil change, tire rotation, timing belt, and various other things) I chose to take it to the dealership. I'm sure I paid a little more there, but I also received a brand new loaner car for the two days my car was there. I also received a follow-up call to be sure everything was to my satisfaction. The work was done timely and well, and my car was clean and all service alerts were cleared when I picked it up. The customer satisfaction is fantastic and they always go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I'll definitely return! More
