There were a few cars already in line. Service dept. employees were ALREADY outside greeting customers and making contact. My service adviser was Tina, who did a fantastic job throughout my visit. Professional, courteous, friendly, efficient are words I would use to describe Tina and ALL the rest of the Service Dept. on this and my previous visits. I don't mind driving from Raymond to receive this high level of service. More

NOISEY DRIVER'S WINDOW I HAD BEEN HAVING A NOISEY DRIVER'S WINDOW FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, WHENEVER I ROLLED IT UP. I TOOK IT TO BOB BOYT HONDA AND WAS TOLD IT MIGHT BE THE MOT I HAD BEEN HAVING A NOISEY DRIVER'S WINDOW FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, WHENEVER I ROLLED IT UP. I TOOK IT TO BOB BOYT HONDA AND WAS TOLD IT MIGHT BE THE MOTOR AND THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO KEEP THE CAR FOR A DAY WHILE IT WAS REPAIRED. I WAS GIVEN A LOANER CAR AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THE KIND ATTENTION I WAS GIVEN, SINCE I STILL WORK AND I LIVE 30 MILES FROM MY WORK IN JACKSON, MS. I DIDN'T WORRY ABOUT POSSIBLY LOOSING A DAY AT WORK. REX EXPLAINED THE LOANER CONDITIONS AND GAVE ME A QUICK TUITORIAL ON THE LOANER CAR. HE WAS VERY NICE. THE PERSON THAT WORKED UP MY REPAIR WAS GREG AND HE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL AND CORDIAL. HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO LET ME KNOW THAT MY CAR WAS READY. WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN WASHED AND VACUUMED. I AM ALWAYS PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCES AT BOB BOYT HONDA, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS., HONDA IS A GREAT CAR AND BOB BOYT IS A CLASSY DEALERSHIP! More
