Waiting With No Update I came in for an 8:00 appointment to have the car checked out because the engine light was on. After being there for 3 HOURS, I asked Matthew what was I came in for an 8:00 appointment to have the car checked out because the engine light was on. After being there for 3 HOURS, I asked Matthew what was happening with my car. What I thought would be a matter of plugging into the computer for a diagnostic check ending in a 5 1/2 hour visit with very few updates and that was only after I had to find someone and ask. Waiting is bad enough, but it’s made worse when you don’t know what’s going on. It’s as though that kept looking till they found something. They replaced the alternate battery that somehow makes the auto stop work because they said it was bad. I had no problem out of the auto stop so I’m not sure why they were saying the battery was bad. this was not a good visit for me at all! More

Excellent Customer Service I was traveling to Biloxi from Wisconsin and developed a problem that resulted in a check engine light. I was unsure where to take the vehicle as I am I was traveling to Biloxi from Wisconsin and developed a problem that resulted in a check engine light. I was unsure where to take the vehicle as I am not familiar with the area. I found Ray Brandt through Google Maps and decided to give them a call. They did not have a loaner vehicle available, but offered to give me a ride to the job site once I dropped the vehicle off. They found the problem, resolved it and even cleaned the vehicle for me before picking it up. I was extremely satisfied with the service they provided, taking into consideration that I was an out-of-town walk-in and would probably not utilize them in the future. Thank you again for treating me with such care and for doing so knowing that I was not a local customer who would frequent your establishment. That says a lot about the quality and service you provide. Thanks again! More
