Amazing customer service! I thought I had the best dealership in Tampa. They tried to encourage me to allow them to fix my car for double the price, (quoted by Boast) but they I thought I had the best dealership in Tampa. They tried to encourage me to allow them to fix my car for double the price, (quoted by Boast) but they would "give me" a loaner car AFTER they drove my car to Tampa to get the needed repairs. This sounded like an awful idea, so I called Boast. Mike took care of me, and found a coupon for me to further discount my price. Drew was wonderful and drove me to and from home, so there was no need to arrange a ride from a friend. I felt like Mike took all my worries on his shoulders and alleviated the stress that I had experienced from the other dealership. I am so thankful to have found Boast and trust them implicitly for all of my cars needs! Thanks Boast for hiring employees that care about providing the best in customer service. More

Very pleased by excellent service at Boast Volkswagen Boast Volkswagen isn't your ordinary car dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendly attitude. For example, I left my house keys in my 2017 Golf. The driver of courtesy car was willing to go back to the dealership to get my keys. BTW, he was polite and van was spotlessly clean. Later, my car was ready on time. The cost of the 10,000 mile service was very reasonable and they gave me a coupon for my next service. When I picked up my car it was very clean. But most all the people were friendly and helpful, which is why I moved to Bradenton : the people are nicer here. More

Excellent service department. I took my 2016 Passat in for the 20,000 mile service. I actually drive about 40 minutes to get Boast VW, when there is another VW dealership only 10 I took my 2016 Passat in for the 20,000 mile service. I actually drive about 40 minutes to get Boast VW, when there is another VW dealership only 10 minutes from my house, because of Boast's service department. They are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. When the car is ready, it is delivered back to me in clean condition and all work is explained. I am very, very satisfied. More

The staff beginning with my salesman (Kevin Beachy) to my service agent (Michael) and garage crew have all been professional, helpful and very patient with my requests and questions. Don't get service done here! I would give this dealership 0 stars if possible!!!! Purchased the extended maintenance warranty and did my part bringing my car in every 10,000 miles I would give this dealership 0 stars if possible!!!! Purchased the extended maintenance warranty and did my part bringing my car in every 10,000 miles. Part of this service is tire rotation. At 30,000 my two front tires are worn down to the wear bars and the back tires are brand new looking! Brought my car to two different independent tire stores and BOTH places said there was no way they were ever rotated. I took pictures of the tires and brought them to the service manager expecting them to at least pay for half of the cost of new tires. The manager pretty much called me a liar stating that his paperwork said they did it so they must have!!!!! I will drive the 40 minutes out of my way to go to Suncoast!! Make sure you check your car after you have it serviced here!!! More

Went there for 10K service on my 2014 Touareg. They forgot to put oil in my car. After driving a short distance I discovered the oil level was at the minimum level. I returned and discovered that They forgot to put oil in my car. After driving a short distance I discovered the oil level was at the minimum level. I returned and discovered that the technician had not put new oil in my car! The technician had gone home so another technician put oil in my car. This was after waiting 3 1/2 hours after being told it would take just 2 hours. The explanation I got from the service advisor was that sometimes its difficult to know how much oil to put in these new cars. Incredible! I will never go back to Boast Volkswagen in Bradenton, Florida and advise others to stay away as well. More
