They also informed me of the available on-line coupons that could be used to reduce the service costs. I also purchased additional Beetle accessories from the parts department and "James" was also very helpful with his recommendations and expected delivery dates of the optional equipment ordered. I also would commend the management on the cleanliness of the entire facility.
