From the very start Peter was extremely helpful and informative, answering any and all questions in an obliging manner. There was no pressure and no games and you could tell that he really believed in the quality of the VW that he was selling. I did drive the Prius and was offered a killer deal. Sitting in the Prius at the Toyota dealership I knew that I wanted the JSW. One trip back to Bob Boast and I was able to come away with another great deal, but this time on the car I wanted! This was a horrible experience. When we walked onto the lot, no one greeted us for over 20 minutes. Went to find a sales associate who smelled of smoke, and was not very friendly. We asked to take a test d lot, no one greeted us for over 20 minutes. Went to find a sales associate who smelled of smoke, and was not very friendly. We asked to take a test drive in which he responded that they closed in 30 minutes and we should have came in earlier. We drove from Tampa which was an hour drive. The employee did not want to take us on a test drive but his manager advised him to take us. While we were waiting for him we overheard a group of employees say "this isn't a restaurant business, we don't have lives outside of this place or anything". Looking around, we were the only customers in the store. When Rob came back, we advised that we did not want to bother them in case they needed to close up and he said that we were being rude. We advised him that we overheard the conversation between the other employees and that we did not want to be there anymore but he insisted that he already had the keys and his manager already told him to stay. He then later advised us that they get surveyed at the end of each sale so we should start over because he had a long day and his feet hurt. Even if they have the best price in town I will never step foot back into that dealership again. More
