Beyond Expectation I took my 2013 Passat (purchased in Toronto Canada) to the dealership last Friday. I had air bag recall and 40,000 miles service done on the Passat. He called my Toronto Dealer to obtain service record to ensure work is going to be done properly. The car was ready for pickup before scheduled.
