He had the car detailed and all set to go on our arrival. He registered the car and got the plates on while we paid for the car. The service department was very accommodating, punctual, and thoroughly explained the service items that needed to be addressed. They also informed me of the available on-line coupons that could be used to reduce the service costs. I also purchased additional Beetle accessories from the parts department and "James" was also very helpful with his recommendations and expected delivery dates of the optional equipment ordered. I also would commend the management on the cleanliness of the entire facility.
