My wife and I flew all the way from Virginia Beach, VA ! I had talked to David Rook on Thursday May 17, 2018 about a red convertible Beetle 2015 model and I went ahead and gave him a down payment over the ph I had talked to David Rook on Thursday May 17, 2018 about a red convertible Beetle 2015 model and I went ahead and gave him a down payment over the phone. The following Monday, he had a driver at Tampa airport and he took us back to the dealership and the car looked brand new, just as if it had just rolled off the assembly line at VW. The transaction went smooth and everyone we worked with from David Rook in sales, Justin in the delivery room, Ms. Nancy title clerk, Rodney in the parts/accessories dept, Mike Martin used car manager and of course Mr Joel the driver that picked us up at Tampa airport!
