Great experience at Bob Boast VW Vivian was so nice and helpful! I just bought a used car from Venice Toyota Dealership and it was a terrible experience. Five days after I bought the Vivian was so nice and helpful! I just bought a used car from Venice Toyota Dealership and it was a terrible experience. Five days after I bought the car from Venice Toyota Dealership my check engine light went on and they would not give me the time of day or help me. Vivian made an appointment for a diagnostic test and determined the problem was the turbo cut off valve needed to be replaced. The free shuttle to and from work was a huge plus. Thank you! You have my business forever! More

Great Experience I went in for my annual oil change and asked Dave Rook to test drive a Jetta. I told Dave the Jetta was not comfortable for me and I really wanted a I went in for my annual oil change and asked Dave Rook to test drive a Jetta. I told Dave the Jetta was not comfortable for me and I really wanted a Beetle. Once Dave knew what I wanted, he explained all my options and I wound up with a 2019 orange Beetle. Dave has always made me feel comfortable and secure dealing with VW. This was my second time dealing with Dave and I highly recommend him. Justin was my finance guru. He could not have been nicer and more helpful. Mike Cherico has always been my Service rep. And he is a dream to work with. I have not had a bad experience at VW. Boast is a great dealer to work with. More
