Emailed dealer that I was interested in a used car they had and received a response in less than a hour letting me know it was still available. I sent a reply email to Mr. Chris Barksdale thanking him and had and received a response in less than a hour letting me know it was still available. I sent a reply email to Mr. Chris Barksdale thanking him and setting up a time for the next day to see and drive the car. Chris was very helpful and NOT pushy at all. After a test drive I requested to have my mechanic check the car out and they had no problem with that at all, they even let me take and drop it off at my mechanic for inspection (they did offer to do this for me but it also gave me some more time to drive the car). I only gave 4 stars on the price because I did want the car at a lower price (doesn't everyone) but they did work with me and I believe I received a very good deal on both my trade and on the used car purchased. I came into Bob Boast service department to have some work done on my car. I was the previous owner of two other VW’s that were sold to myself and my husband by Mark Frazier. Mark had been highly infor work done on my car. I was the previous owner of two other VW’s that were sold to myself and my husband by Mark Frazier. Mark had been highly informative and had answered all our questions plus some additions. While I was waiting for my car service to be completed my daughter and I went to see the new models. I asked if Mark was still working for VW, which as you know, he was. Needless to say, when I spoke to him I received all the information I needed and I made the decision to purchase the 2020 Passat. It was very comforting to be able to work with Mark. Mark was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. My husband, David, passed away 2 years ago so this was my first time making this decision with the help of my daughter.
