Everything was great dealing with Ed (salesman) agreed on price and finance plan. After meeting with Helen the finance director, terms changed. I went to Bob Bell Kia to trade my Nissan Murano for a shiny red Kia Sorento. I learned from my salesperson, Ed Purcell, that the Spicy Red was no longer available in 2012. All of the staff at Bob Bell were friendly, helpful, courteous and just great to deal with. I must admit that this was the best new car purchase experience to date. My payment was what I was quoted (no surprises)and what options were not already on the vehicle will be installed next week. Ed made the arrangements for the installations and I was given a "loaner" so that I could keep my schedule running for that day.
