After my Kia broke down I had it towed here for service. After 3 days they were unable to identify the problem. I took it to my regular mechanic and after 30 minutes they were able to determine there was a After 3 days they were unable to identify the problem. I will never return here for service, sales, or anything else. If the dealership service dept. can't figure out the issue, there is a problem with the service dept. More

I WAS TOLD THAT THE AMP (ADJUSTED MANUFACTURERS PRICE)ADDED TO THE TICKET WAS BECAUSE THE KIA SOUL I WAS LOOKING AT WAS IN SUCH HIGH DEMA DEALERSHIP. I WAS TOLD THAT THE AMP (ADJUSTED MANUFACTURERS PRICE)ADDED TO THE TICKET WAS BECAUSE THE KIA SOUL I WAS LOOKING AT WAS IN SUCH HIGH DEMAND. Just purchased a new Kia Sorento at Bob Bell Kia. The selection and colors available at the other dealer were limited and they spent no time trying to find a color and the equipment we were looking for in the area, so we left very disapointed at the car shopping experience. We then went to Bob Bell Kia and met James Wayne ( our sales person ) and within an hour and a half had looked at, test drove, and purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento and were very pleased with Jim and the rest of the staff. He was very professional, knew his product well, knew what incentives were being offered by Kia, and arrived at a price we could agree on in very short order. I traveled over 2 1/2 hours to look at a used truck at there Baltimore Location. I spoke with the sales person 3 times prior to my trip over in which they assured me they had the vehicle. Needless to say there Baltimore Location. I spoke with the sales person 3 times prior to my trip over in which they assured me they had the vehicle. Needless to say when I arrived, they informed me there had been a mistake and that the truck had been sold days prior. They advised me that they never physically put eyes on the truck when i called and asked if it was available, but was only going on a sheet of paper. I was very angry, because i took off work and wasted a complete day going over there. My sales person (Mr. Wayne) was very sympathetic to the situation, however that did not solve anything. I would not reccomend this dealer to anyone, however if you choose to use them, make sure they physically see the car your going to look at before you waste your time going over there. More

I received quotes from 4 other dealerships and Bob Bell's quote was the lowest. They offered to provide transportation for me to come in and pick up my car, and even directed me to the dealership when I got lost on the way. I have already recommended Bob Bell to everyone who would listen. More
