We had a great experience at Bob Bell, especially in comparison to the dealer we visited a few weeks before for the same vehicle. I love that Bob Bell is upfront about their pricing and does not add in comparison to the dealer we visited a few weeks before for the same vehicle. I love that Bob Bell is upfront about their pricing and does not add in all the possible rebates to the online price, for the customer then to only find out the car you want is actually a few thousand higher than what you thought because NO ONE will ever qualify for every rebate that is offered. That's just sneaky and bad business. I also love that they include the Bob Bell Maintenance program for free when most other dealers charge at least $1000 extra which increases your monthly payment by $20. Our salesman, Paul Sutusky, was a pleasure to work with and we walked away from the deal feeling "not totally screwed" (the best way I can describe it since it is still a car dealership after all!) and happy with our purchase and the customer service we received. The only thing I would ask for is a more clear breakdown of how they actually get to the price of the car. I've had several people ask me how much we paid but I honestly do not know the actual figure after rebates, discounts, etc. That was our fault, however, because Paul did offer to let us see that but we totally forgot about it because we were tired and eager to get the deal finalized. All in all, I would recommend Bob Bell Nissan and in fact, already have! More
