First time Hyundai owner and brought my 2023 car in for the first oil change. BIG MISTAKE! I’d had this appointment for weeks and I came in 30m early, pulled into the Hyundai service bay and walked in to the first oil change. BIG MISTAKE! I’d had this appointment for weeks and I came in 30m early, pulled into the Hyundai service bay and walked in to be told that they had me scheduled for the Ford Express Lane, so get back in the car to look for the Express Lane. Dropped the car off and was told that they rotate the tires, fix the one tire that was leaking and change the oil and filter. Three hours later I get a call saying they didn’t have time to fix the tire. I checkout and walk to the car to find grease prints on the door handle and drivers seat. I turn on the car and immediately see a change oil needed message and the low tire warning was still the right rear. So even though they listed tire rotation on then invoice they didn’t rotate them! They never put the sticker on the window and could even fill the tire with air!!!! Car came back dirty and I need cleaner to get the seat clean again. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE!!! More

In for an oil change only, but having just hit 100k miles they did inform me of several suggested maintenance items (expected, that's fine.) They also said they had a pair of recalls to address - one of whic they did inform me of several suggested maintenance items (expected, that's fine.) They also said they had a pair of recalls to address - one of which would require a follow-up appointment and several hours of time. I couldn't do this same day. I tried to take the car in to a different, more local dealer for service and Bob Bell had claimed the recall - so the other dealer would not touch the recall since Bob Bell had accepted payment for it, even though they hadn't done anything. Now I am forced to go back there or else not get it done. Pretty bullsh*t system. More
These people can't even get a simple oil change right. They did not properly replace the plug and my car left me strandef 3 hours away from home. I drove the brand new car almost 1000 miles after the oil change and no one knows how much damage these mistake has caused to my engine. All they can say is that the engine didn't lock up. Now they are taking the rental car that was initially issued and leaving me high and dry because I want a guarantee that my engine life has not been compromised. STAY AWAY!!!! More

3 separate labor rates in less than an hour? I bought my car from here....so I usually get the oil changed here as well. On this particular time for my regular oil & filter changed...I was recom I bought my car from here....so I usually get the oil changed here as well. On this particular time for my regular oil & filter changed...I was recommended getting the engine air filter and cabin filter replaced. I said to myself: "Hmmm. it's probably time to....OK let's do this". Now I figured that there was an additional cost for the filters.....but what PIST ME OFF was the 3 separate LABOR RATES that came with it!! The tech already has my hood up; and it doesn't take but a few extra moments to change the filters.....BUT AT $18.24 an hour for 1 filter and $ 19,95 for the other......and you were already under the hood for $24 an hour for the OIL CHANGE? !!! That's why there are "Jiffy Lube & other places".... xxxx... they also wash your windows and vacuum your interior; top off your fluids!! Some of the newer spots do even MORE without charging more! More

However, after 3 months later I got hit with a 2K payment from enterprise car rental. All because unorganized, unprofessional, VERY FORGETFUL EMPLOYEES at BOB BELL Hyundai decided not to do there job. More
Best Service Experiences I would really like to thank Bob Bell Hyundai's service department. I've owned two Hyundai Accents. Every time I go in for an oil change, it's a wonde I would really like to thank Bob Bell Hyundai's service department. I've owned two Hyundai Accents. Every time I go in for an oil change, it's a wonderful experience. They are professional and very efficient. I was quoted a 1 hour wait time, and they were done in under an hour. I recently had an issue with my car and they got to it first thing in the morning. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. I also appreciate their shuttle service if you live within miles. Their service department and their sales department are excellent. I was never fond of going to a dealership for basic maintenance but it is totally worth it! Sincerely, Amanda More

I brought in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata to repair an accident and additi VERY DISTRAUGHT ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE! ACCIDENT HAPPENED IN JANUARY, IT'S APRIL!! I brought in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata to repair an accident and additional work (Darren) Car was supposed to go to body shop first for accident repairs but didn't.(body shop was full, not my fault) went to service first and I was up-charged to the tune of 3k without any body work being done at all. I was pissed at the price I was charge and I went to pickup my car and the wrong tires were on them at that? While dealing with that issue I was begged for my body shop work to be done to fix my experience. Upon picking my car up I found out it went to body shop and was broken down before I actually authorized the work.They scrambled to get me in the office to sign because I was there to pickup vehicle and they had already taken it apart! I only agreed after I asked Kelly if I would have to pay nothing more additional and she said nothing additional, this is it!!! When I went back 2 weeks later to get my vehicle I was told I needed to pay an additional $2400.00? I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING. They payed for a rental for 2 weeks and cut me off without telling on site rental spot until a week later that they refused to cover any further, even though rental company sends them paperwork DAILY on rental status. I was told I'd be responsible even though the process was done incorrectly . I WAS LEFT OUT TO DRY. LEFT TO PAY 2400.00 when I was told the debacle was all over. I am a mother of 5 single paying mortgage and just trying to survive. this is going to take me under! Like I told Kelly had she told me I needed money to get my car 1 I would have never allowed them to touch my car again.. or 2 I would have been getting that money together but I got blindsided and bamboozled!!NEVER AGAIN. next time I'll go to a small shop not a corporation who doesn't care about the little people. Poor Service I bought a car the week of Christmas, by Christmas Eve my fog light had fallen out. Called service on Monday and was told they are too busy to get me in, I could bring it in on Saturday. I sat for an 40 minutes before the service guy came to get me. He walked me back to the service area and told me I needed to call my insurance company because of my light. I just bought the car!!! He got the manager and I told him all about the car and what had happened. Dave said he would get service to order the parts and would get me a rental while my car was fixed. I called my sales lady and now 3 weeks later no one knows about what is going on. Wow... Service is no good once you buy your car. No one likes to return calls. Always a promise to call back. More
