Poor Experience with Sales Manager The salesman did his job. The sales manager lied to me about the rebates available for my car, held $500 back from the negotiation for my trade, then The salesman did his job. The sales manager lied to me about the rebates available for my car, held $500 back from the negotiation for my trade, then agreed to an additional $700 off the new car and used the $500 rebate I wasn't told about to take the additional $700 of the new car. Very deceptive. My car was not clean on the outside when I left the dealership. A technician ripped the license plate off my trade, damaging the plate and the plate cover. They did not have tools available to properly remove the plate (pliers and a screwdriver). Very dissatisfied with the sales manager. More
