It was a laid back experience without being hassled by a sales manager. The salesman was very cooperative and helpful. Other dealerships couldn't or wouldn't even answer my questions or provide the info I requested. James Franklin and Bob Bell got the sale because the price was right and they respected the fact that I worked as a new car salesman in the past and I did all my homework before I started this process. Hyundai Purchase Waited 2 hours to settle deal. After the 2 hour wait was told that the finance officer was not able to do the paperwork that day. I would have to come Waited 2 hours to settle deal.
